PARKING: Ticket Appeal Process

Question/Comment: Is the process for appealing tickets online the same as written appeals in that you only get one chance to appeal before having to take your case to court? Also, is this process specified once you get into the online system (I don't have an active ticket right now so I can't get in to see for myself).

City Update 8/1/2009: According to our head of TRAFFIC and PARKING, you do only get one chance at the appeal. The process is primarily outlined on the City's website at this link: http://www.somervillema.gov/section.cfm?org=TRAFFIC&page=356
