TRAFFIC: Crosswalks on Hancock Street

Question/Comment: A resident wants to know if the crosswalks along newly repaved Hancock St. will be restored before winter.

City Update: 4/20/10: The crosswalks have now been painted on Hancock Street.

City Update 12/4/09:  Unfortunately, the plastic used to paint crosswalks will only bond with pavement if the temperature is 35 degrees and rising.  Because this means that if crosswalks were painted now they may need to be repainted in the spring, those on Hancock Street will not be addressed right away.  However, Hancock is scheduled to be on of the first streets painted in the spring, which will most likely take place in April.
